Change/Cancel Order

It’s possible to change or cancel your order. Charges will depend on the order status. If the order is not yet dispatched, you can change or cancel at no cost; if the order is already sent out, the delivery cost + collection cost will be deducted from your refund.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

Details will be investigated with our team and will be resolved within five (5) working days. Replacements will be issued accordingly.

Out of stock items

You can click the “Notify Me When Restocked” button below the product and our team will contact you as soon as it becomes available.

What does my status mean?

“Your Status” shows what stage your order is currently in. We don’t want to keep you waiting so this is updated in real time.

Returns

How quickly can I return an item?

You can return an item within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.

What if I receive an item with manufacturing defect?

After investigation, we will replace the item with no additional cost.
